【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60745dealswiththesafetyofhand-heldmotor-operatedormagneticallydrivenelectrictools,theratedvoltageofthetoolsbeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phasea.c.ord.c.tools,and440Vforthree-phasea.c.tools.Sofarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyhandheldtoolswhichareencounteredbyallpersonsinthenormaluseandreasonablyforeseeablemisuseofthetools.Toolswithanelectricheatingelementarewithinthescopeofthisstandard.TheyshouldalsocomplywithrelevantpartsofIEC60335.Requirementsformotorsnotisolatedfromthesupply,andhavingbasicinsulationnotdesignedfortheratedvoltageofthetools,aregiveninAnnexb.Requirementsforrechargeablebattery-poweredmotor-operatedormagneticallydriventoolsandthebatterypacksforsuchtoolsaregiveninAnnexk.Thoseforsuchtoolsthatarealsooperatedand/orchargeddirectlyfromthemainsoranon-isolatedsourcearegiveninAnnexl.Hand-heldelectrictools,hereinafterreferredtoastools,whichcanbemountedonasupportorworkingstandforuseasfixedtoolswithoutanyalterationofthetoolitself,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.RequirementsforsuchsupportsorworkingstandsaregiveninAnnexm.Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:-hand-heldtoolsintendedtobeusedinthepresenceofexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);-hand-heldtoolsusedforpreparingandprocessingfood;-hand-heldtoolsformedicalpurposes(IEC60601);-heatingtoolswhicharecoveredbyIEC60335-2-45.Forhand-heldtoolsintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary.Forhand-heldtoolsintendedtobeusedintropicalcountries,specialrequirementsmaybenecessary.NOTEAttentionisdrawntothefactthatinmanycountries,additionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthorities,etc.Addition:Addthefollowingparagraph:Thisstandarddealswithtoolsusedinnon-hazardouslocationsinaccordancewiththeNationalElectricalCode,NFPA70,andtheCanadianElectricCode,Part1,CSAC22.1,andGeneralRequirements-CanadianElectricalCode,PartII,CAN/CSA-C22.2No.0.
