【摘要】:ThissectionofIEC60534-6isintendedtopermitavarietyofpositioningdevices,whichrespondtoalinearmotion,tobemountedontheactuatorofacontrolvalve,eitherdirectlyorbyemployinganintermediatemountingbracket.Thissectionisapplicablewhereinterchangeabilitybetweenactuatorsandpositionersisdesired.Thefollowingparametersdefinetheintendedapplicabilityofthissectionfortheguidanceofmanufacturersandusers.-Thestandardizedmountingappliesonlytopositionerswhicharemountedonthesideoftheactuator.-Thestandardizedmountingappliesingeneralonlytoactuatorswhichhaveatravelfrom10mmthrough100mm.-Thestandardizedmountingisdesignedtocoverthreebasictypesofactuatordesigns(seefigure1):a)thosewithsomeformofcastorfabricatedyoketoconnecttheactuatorpowerunittothevalve;b)thosewhichusesomeformofcentraltubeyoketoconnecttheactuatorpowerunittothevalve;c)thoseinwhichtheyokeincorporatestwoormorecolumnsorpillarstoconnecttheactuatorpowerunittothevalve.
