【摘要】:Thispracticesetsthebasicrequirementsforproficiencytestprogramsinthechemicalanalysisofmetals,ores,andrelatedmaterials.Itdoesnotsetspecificproceduralrequirements,butdoesestablishaframeworkforparticularprograms,includingthosewitheithersmallorlargenumbersofparticipants.4.1.1WARNING:Thedatafromproficiencytestingprogramsmustneverbeusedtoassigncertificationvaluestothematerialsusedintheprogram.TheelementsofaproperlyconceivedandimplementedcertificationprogramaredescribedindetailinGuideE1724.Mostaccreditationbodiesrequirethatlaboratoriesparticipateregularlyinproficiencytestingprogramsthattheyhaveacceptedforthepurpose.Therefore,itisessentialthateachprogramcomplywithacceptedprinciplesincludingtechnicalrequirements,statisticalprocedures(seeAnnexA1),andqualitymanagement(seeAnnexA2).1.1Thispracticeprovidesdirectionfororganizingandconductingproficiencytestprogramsinanalyticalchemistryformetals,ores,andrelatedmaterials.ItisconsistentwithISO/IECGuide43andGuideE1301.Itdoesnotaddresstheselectionanduseofproficiencytestingschemesbyaccreditingbodies.
